Caller information: Phone numbers and voice transcripts of inbound calls handled by our AI receptionist on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Operate and deliver the RaWa Call AI receptionist service
Send SMS and email notifications directly to business owners when their AI receptionist captures a lead
Improve service quality and AI performance
Communicate with you about your account and service updates

3. SMS Notifications

By providing your mobile phone number and signing up for RaWa Call's service, you consent to receive automated SMS notifications directly from RAWA AI SOLUTIONS LLC. These messages notify you of missed calls and captured leads handled by your AI receptionist.

4. No Third-Party Sharing of Mobile Data or SMS Consent

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or any other purpose. Consent is given directly to RAWA AI SOLUTIONS LLC only.

We do not engage in affiliate marketing, third-party lead generation, or promotional messaging on behalf of other companies. All SMS messages originate solely from RAWA AI SOLUTIONS LLC and relate exclusively to your RaWa Call service activity.

We use third-party infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting and SMS delivery platforms) solely to operate our service. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than delivering our service. They do not receive your SMS opt-in consent and may not use your mobile number for their own marketing.

5. Data Retention

We retain call transcripts and lead summaries for up to 90 days to support service quality and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at andres@rawacall.com.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
