These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RaWa Call AI phone receptionist service, operated by RAWA AI SOLUTIONS LLC ("RaWa Call," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Georgetown, Texas.

1. Service Description

RaWa Call provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service for small business owners. When a caller contacts your business and the call goes unanswered, our AI receptionist answers on your behalf, captures lead information, and sends you a notification via email and SMS.

2. SMS Notifications — Consent & Terms

By signing up for RaWa Call and providing your mobile phone number, you give express written consent to receive automated SMS text messages from RAWA AI SOLUTIONS LLC at the number you provide.

These SMS messages are sent directly from RaWa Call to you, the business owner. They notify you when your AI receptionist has answered a call and captured a lead on your behalf.

Sender: RAWA AI SOLUTIONS LLC (RaWa Call) — messages come directly from us, not from any third party.
Recipients: Business owners who have subscribed to the RaWa Call service and provided their mobile number via our client intake form.
Message content: Lead notifications containing caller name, phone number, and reason for calling.
Message frequency: Varies based on your inbound call volume. Typically 1 message per qualifying inbound call.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.

3. No Third-Party Sharing of SMS Consent or Mobile Data

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or any other purpose. Consent is given directly to RAWA AI SOLUTIONS LLC only.

We do not engage in affiliate marketing, third-party lead generation, or any promotional messaging on behalf of other companies. All SMS messages sent under this program originate solely from RAWA AI SOLUTIONS LLC and relate exclusively to your RaWa Call service.

4. How You Consent

You consent to receive SMS notifications by completing RaWa Call's client intake form, which asks for your mobile number specifically for the purpose of receiving lead notifications. The intake form clearly states that submitting your number constitutes consent to receive automated SMS alerts from RaWa Call. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any other goods or services.

5. Service Terms

RaWa Call is provided on a monthly subscription basis. Plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.
A free trial period is offered as described on our pricing page. No credit card is required during the trial.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for configuring call forwarding from your business number to RaWa Call as instructed during onboarding.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RaWa Call to receive or process calls related to illegal activity, harassment, or any use case that violates applicable law or carrier regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

RaWa Call is not responsible for missed calls due to carrier issues, forwarding configuration errors, or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted at rawacall.com/terms.html with an updated date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
