These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RaWa Call AI phone receptionist service, including our website, client dashboard, and related services (the "Service"), operated by RAWA AI SOLUTIONS LLC ("RaWa Call," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Georgetown, Texas. By creating an account, checking the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy" box, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

RaWa Call provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service for small business owners. When a caller contacts your business and the call goes unanswered, our AI receptionist answers on your behalf, captures lead information, and sends you a notification via email and SMS. Your account dashboard lets you monitor call activity, view minutes consumed, and manage billing.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may also be created on your behalf by a RaWa Call representative during onboarding; in that case, acceptance of these Terms occurs on your first login, before dashboard access is granted.

3. Call Recording & Monitoring Disclosure

Calls handled by your RaWa Call AI receptionist may be recorded, transcribed, and stored as part of delivering the Service. At the start of each call, callers are notified that the call may be recorded for quality, training, and lead-capture purposes. By using RaWa Call, you authorize us to record, transcribe, and process calls made to your business phone number on your behalf, and you agree that you are responsible for complying with any additional call-recording disclosure requirements applicable to your business or jurisdiction. Call recordings and transcripts are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription, Billing & Free Trial

• RaWa Call is provided on a monthly subscription basis, billed in advance via our payment processor (Stripe). Plans may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Each plan includes a set number of minutes per month. Minutes used beyond your plan's included amount are billed as overage at the per-minute rate disclosed on your plan and invoiced automatically.
• A free trial period is offered as described on our pricing page. If a payment method is on file, your subscription will automatically begin billing at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

5. SMS Notifications — Consent & Terms

• Sender: RAWA AI SOLUTIONS LLC (RaWa Call) — messages come directly from us, not from any third party.
• Message frequency: Varies based on your inbound call volume. Typically 1 message per qualifying inbound call.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time.
• For help: Reply HELP or contact [email protected].

7. AI Limitations

RaWa Call's receptionist is powered by artificial intelligence and may occasionally misunderstand callers, mis-transcribe information, or provide inaccurate responses. The Service is provided as a call-answering and lead-capture tool and is not a substitute for professional judgment on your part. You are responsible for verifying lead information before acting on it.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RaWa Call to receive or process calls related to illegal activity, harassment, or any use case that violates applicable law or carrier regulations. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

9. Data & Subprocessors

We use third-party service providers (subprocessors) to deliver the Service, including for call handling and telephony, AI processing, hosting, and payment processing. A current list of the categories of providers we use is published at rawacall.com/legal/subprocessors and incorporated into our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaWa Call is not liable for missed calls, missed leads, or business losses arising from carrier issues, forwarding configuration errors, third-party service outages (including our voice AI, telephony, or hosting providers), or force majeure events. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the billing period immediately preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RaWa Call harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your business's compliance obligations (including call-recording and telemarketing laws applicable to your business), or your violation of these Terms.

12. Term & Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time as described in Section 4. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of Section 8 (Acceptable Use) or non-payment.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, and you consent to jurisdiction there.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at rawacall.com/terms with an updated date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
